She has been involved with the Communications, Media, Tech customer experience survey since its inception in 2014, and enjoys learning from the data and sharing the insights and trends revealed. She lives in Denver, CO.

Tara Whitehead Stotland has an extensive career in sales, delivery, and management of Professional Services within the Communications, Media and Information Services Industry across Europe, US and Asia/ Pacific. From a disciplinary perspective, Tara focuses on strategy, the customer experience, employee experience and Business Enablement to support her clients’ transformation to digital. Tara currently serves as Partner in the Strategy practice of Cognizant Digital Business where she is accountable for all consulting efforts at key accounts including Comcast, Cox, Northeastern, Strategic Education Inc. Prior to her current role, Tara acted as the Chief Digital Officer for Cognizant’s Communications industry segment. Recent projects have included transforming the way field service techs engage in the Connected Home experience and creating new Connected Home products and services for end consumers.
