Who do I contact if I am interest a sponsorship?

Can I sponsor a roadshow at my company?

WICT Rocky Mountain is always looking for new and innovative ways to bring awareness to our mission and would love to partner with you and your company. Please contact our membership team at wict.rm.membership@gmail.com

Can I sponsor a certain amount of seats at a signature event and not a table?

We do sell individual tickets for Tech It Out and those can be purchased through our website please note that individual tickets are opening seating and on a first come, first served basis, so please arrive with enough time to get your seats together.

If there are any remaining tables, Walk Of Fame individual tickets generally go on sale 3 weeks before the event through the website.

Please make sure your company did not already purchase a table at our events prior to purchasing an individual ticket, as they may have seats available.

What if we sponsor an event and purchase the table, but are unable to attend?

Unfortunately our sponsorships are non-refundable however, you are welcome to host clients, donate the table to an honoree, students and ambassadors, or contact our sponsorship team at wict.rm.sponsorship@gmail.com as they may have guests who are on a waitlist for a table.

Our company needs a W-9, who can help us with that?

Please contact our finance team at wict.rm.treasurer@gmail.com to obtain our W-9.

Can you sponsor or co-sponsor an event with me/my company?

I have changes to make to my table for a sponsorship, how do I do that?

All changes need to be made prior to the given cut off date to wict.rm.sponsorship@gmail.com. All changes needed after the cut off date will be made at the time of arrival at the registration table for your event.

How can I be a WICT RM volunteer?

WICT Rocky Mountain welcomes all volunteers as it’s a great opportunity to learn more about the WICT organization as well as network. If you would like to be a volunteer please contact wict.rm.succession@gmail.com

How can I volunteer for specific events?

You are able to select events you are willing to volunteer and participate. Please make sure you are specific in your capacity and volunteering desires.

What if I am not a WICT member, but I want to volunteer?

How can I volunteer for Walk of Fame?

Do I get a free ticket if I volunteer?

There are certain volunteer positions in which a ticket to the signature event is included this is on a case by case basis please be sure to contact WICT.rm.succession@gmail.com and CC either WICT.rm.wof@gmail.com (for Walk of Fame) or WICT.rm.tio@gmail.com (for Tech It Out).

Can we split a table at the event?

This is a great option should you not need all 10 seats. Please contact WICT.rm.sponsorship@gmail.com to get more information on splitting a table at our signature events.

I can only attend half of the Tech It Out event. Would I be able to get a discounted ticket?

Due to the high demand of this event we are unable to discount an individual ticket, WICT RM does provide an area where you can step away and take calls and webinars as needed during the event.

What are the ingredients for the meals at the events?

WICT RM works to ensure when you register for this event your dietary restrictions are considered. If you have any issues when registering Please contact the respective director for the event you are attending to get a list of ingredients and/or ensure your dietary restriction is met.

Do you provide a nursing room at your events?

WICT RM ensures that there is a private and comfortable area to pump/nurse during our events, please ask for exact location when you arrive at the registration table for the event.

I signed up for an event and now cannot attend. How do I get a refund?

While we understand life happens please contact the director of your program and wict.rm.treasurer@gmail.com, WICT makes every effort to help either get a refund or transfer the participation credit a co-worker and/or give you a credit to return to the next upcoming event.

What do I get if I become an executive member?

Our executive membership provides you the opportunity to attend our premier leadership trainings and conference.

How do I expense my membership to my company?

While we encourage our members to be in the media, entertainment, and technology industries, we do not discriminate against a person’s title or position.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Business Checks and Direct Deposits.

Do you accept American Express?

As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, we work to keep expenses as low as possible. At this time, we do not accept AMEX but are able to process credit card payments made with MasterCard or Visa.
