Tynisha Coleman, MCRP, ACC CEO and Founder Trainer, Leadership and Executive Coach

Bio:

Tynisha Coleman is the Founder and CEO of Exalt Consulting, a coaching and development organization dedicated to bringing out the best in leaders. Exalt Coaching provides leadership, professional development, and coaching services to private, public, and nonprofit organizations’ teams with an inclusive lens. Tynisha brings her executive, diversity, and inclusion background to leverage solutions that increase a leader’s ability to communicate more effectively, a vital tool in navigating today’s business complexities.

Tynisha is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and an Accelerating Coaching Excellence Enhanced Practitioner. She also holds a Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance certification from Rutgers University and an Inclusive and Ethical Leadership certificate from the University of South Florida Mum College of Business. Tynisha has a master’s degree in city and regional planning and a bachelor’s degree in urban studies, both from Rutgers University. And she received a certificate from the Leadership Academy at Rutgers.
