In-Person Event COVID Acknowledgement Waiver

The Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) Rocky Mountain Chapter continues to monitor policies and procedures surrounding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The safety and well-being of individuals on-site at our events is our top priority. To the best of our ability, we are cooperating with federal, state, and local agencies to implement best practices aimed at reducing the spread of the coronavirus. This includes working with vendors and venues to ensure preventative measures are in place.

In order to ensure we are hosting an event that is both safe and engaging for our attendees, all persons attending Tech It Out 2021 are required to provide proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID test taken within 48 hours of this event:

• All attendees must have received a negative COVID-19 test result within 48 hours before entry to the venue and provide printed or digital proof of a negative result prior to entering the venue. Or, be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (at least two weeks after final dose) and provide proof of vaccination – either the original vaccination card, a printed copy of the vaccination card or a photo of the vaccination card on your phone. Colorado residents can download the myColorado app for easy access to a digital COVID-19 vaccine record, which will also be accepted.
• Acceptable tests include Diagnostic Tests, Molecular Tests, RT-PCR Tests, NAAT Tests, Antigen Tests and Antibody (Serology) Tests.
• Unvaccinated attendees with a valid medical restriction will be required to take a COVID-19 test and have received a negative COVID-19 test result within 48-hours before entry to the venue and will provide printed or digital proof of negative result prior to entering the venue.

In registering for this event, you will also need to complete a COVID-19 Acknowledgement of Risk and Consent form, which will be included in the registration process. To respect the health and safety of all attendees, in-person ticket holders MUST present either proof of vaccination or proof of a negative test result received within 48 hours of Tech It Out. Ticket holders who have not met these COVID-19 protocols will NOT be allowed in the venue.

If you or someone in your party feels sick or is showing symptoms of COVID-19, including fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat nausea, etc., or have been in close contact with anyone confirmed to have tested positive for COVID-19, we ask that you respect the safety of others and stay home.
