Walk of Fame set for April - Call for nominations!
On Thursday, April 29, WICT Rocky Mountain will gather at our annual Walk of Fame to honor those leaders whose contributions go far beyond helping serve the cable telecommunications industry. These outstanding individuals represent our organization’s mission to advancing women’s careers at all levels through professional development and leadership opportunities.
Please help us honor the leaders you believe are making the most impact in our industry in these five categories: Woman to Watch (Two levels: Supervisor/Manager, and Director & Above); Partner of the Industry; Woman In Technology; Mentor of the Year; and the highest honor, Woman of the Year.

December 2009 Rocky Talk - A letter from our president
The holiday season is here -- a time when we reflect back on the past year to evaluate progress towards goals, and look ahead to a new year and new
plans.

As I look back at 2009, I am proud of the achievements of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of WICT. In a year of economic challenge, our members and supporting companies remained engaged and invested and together we developed women leaders at all levels. Our 10th Annual Walk of Fame Gala honored amazing industry leaders for their achievements in 2008/2009 and we took the opportunity to look back at just how far WICT RM has come in the past 10 years. Our three-part video series featuring past Walk of Fame honorees, Reflections of Our Success, provided poignant insight, influence and impact. Class IV graduated from our Rocky Mountain Leadership Institute, taking with them new leadership skills and critical connections with other local female leaders on the rise. Mentors and mentees learned from each other. Tech it Out and our many other programs gave attendees rich information to integrate into day-to-day roles.
