As we step into 2026, we do so with deep gratitude, renewed energy and an extraordinary milestone — this is our 30th year as a community dedicated to advancing careers and connections.
For three decades, The WICT Network has empowered leaders across media, entertainment and technology through professional development, original research and the strength of our collective B2B network. Here in the Rocky Mountain Chapter, we have proudly broadened that mission to welcome professionals of all genders — ensuring every member feels informed, connected and supported as they navigate their career journey.

Our 2026 theme, Stronger by Change — The Power of Us: Elevate | Innovate | Accelerate, reflects the moment we are in as an industry and as individuals. Change is not something to endure — it is something to harness. Together, we turn transformation into strength.
This year, our focus is guided by a powerful vision:
To harness the power of change as a catalyst for collective growth — inspiring professionals at every level to protect their energy, embrace innovation and elevate one another.
And our mission grounds us:
We unite and uplift professionals through connection, education and leadership development — creating space for renewal, resilience and thriving through industry transformation.

We are also thrilled to share that all student memberships in 2026 are completely FREE — an investment in the next generation of leaders who will shape the future of our industry.
