You may have heard of Digital Transformation, Scaled Agile Framework, Big Room Planning, or some flavor of transforming how companies work in order to keep up with the speed of technological change in the Digital Age.

Which one is right for your organization?

Join WICT Rocky Mountain and our guest, Robin Kargoll, who will speak about her experience in trying to drive change and how she is evolving from being known as an Agile purist to focusing on participatory change and the difference between doing Agile and being Agile.

More about Robin:

Robin Kargoll works for Charter Communications as a Director of Engineering responsible for Strategic Planning and Transformation as well as the Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence and Jira Align) used by over 40,000 users across Charter.

Robin has been in the Cable Industry for over 20 years, starting at TCI in the Billing Systems group and then moving to CableLabs, Comcast and Charter.  Robin’s primary focus over these years has been in the video line of business from the early days of “Interactive TV” to Cloud DVR with Comcast.  In 2005, Robin became a Scrum Master and began supporting teams as they evolved into high performing teams planning and delivering new video technology.  Since coming to Charter in 2013, Robin took on a new role to focus on Process & Tools.  This role, just by its nature, has been one of the most challenging assignments in her career in trying to find the balance between the right amount of process while supporting flexibility to get things done and the right speed to introduce new changes.

Outside of work, Robin spends her time with her two teenage children, supporting their school and extracurricular activities and has also been a mentor to St. Mary’s Academy’s HS Robotics team for the last 5 years, an amazing opportunity that arose through WICT looking for volunteers!
