Florence Shaffer, VP at The Estee Lauder Companies Inc.

Florence Shaffer oversees the day-to-day operations of the global IT function at Estee Lauder. She is responsible for program managing strategic priorities and collaborating with various teams across the enterprise and IT function to run the business of IT while transforming it. Florence manages the strategic planning and successful execution of our IT strategy in alignment with the overall corporate strategy and business objectives.

 

Pamela Gibbs, Pamela Gibbs- Design Researcher at Walmart

Pamela Gibbs has more than a decade of finance, sales, business strategy experience along with five-plus years of technical expertise in the field of computer science. Her background is very diverse. She is currently working as a technology design researcher for Walmart and completing her doctoral studies in Information and Interaction Design at the University of Baltimore. Prior to that, she completed dual Bachelor of Science degrees in International Business and Marketing as well as an MBA from Penn State University. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Anita Borg Institute for Women and Technology, a Black ComputeHER fellow, and member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated.

 

Yi-Hsian, CEO & Co-Founder of Apiari

Yi-Hsian founded Apiari was born out of the need and dream of having ONE service that can provide exceptional and trusted part-time help for our busy lives. Marla Kessler, SVP of Strategy, Marketing and Communications at IQVIA

Marla leads the company’s efforts to understand and engage clients with solutions and thought leadership that create an exceptional customer experience. Her group includes strategic analysts, communications, marketing specialists and the IQVIA Institute. She led both the integration of marketing and communications for the merger as well as the launch of the new IQVIA brand.
Marla holds a bachelor of science degree in Economics with honors from Arizona State University and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, where she was a Fuqua Scholar.
