Join WICT Rocky Mountain in this interactive Meet-Up and workshop. If you are a well-rounded example of Executive Presence or just starting to learn how it applies to you and your team, this workshop is right for you.

Together we will engage with other industry professionals as we expand our insights, learn new perspectives, and create reflective plans for understanding Executive Presence opportunities. In addition, this workshop offers questions for assessing executive presence in our daily cultures, as we learn approaches for sharing feedback with team-members and colleagues.

Davi Machen prides herself as a leadership coach, resource, and role model. As the owner of DavIn Consulting, she helps individuals create a plan for elevated success, aimed at leading more abundant lives. She creates approaches for gaining self-awareness to comfortably break through vulnerability in order to embrace courageous actions.

Davi is the Leadership Programming Chair and Mentor with the Women in Cable Telecommunications – Rocky Mountain Chapter. She acts as an Ambassador with the Vitalant Blood Center, volunteering support, donations, and center engagement, giving back where others gave to save her life through blood donations. She is a Leadership Influencer and originator of the League of Extraordinary Women, and a Mentor and subject matter expert volunteer with the NAMIC Association.

She came to Colorado over 30 years ago to work with Space Command at Buckley Air Force Base.  After honorably leaving the service, she worked in telecommunications, education, and training in the Denver area where she developed training programs, created virtual learning environments and directed teams across the country. She holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development and a Master’s Certificate in Training & Development, both from University College at the University of Denver (DU).

With all the pride Davi has in her work, she prioritizes her first love of spending time with her daughter and son.  Her daughter is a recent law school graduate, and her son is developing his career in financial investments.
