2024 PMDS Payment

Congratulations on your acceptance to the Premier Management Development Series.

At the start of the program, each participant will have a 30-minute one-on-one call with a facilitator to cover the program overview and discuss expectations and participant’s people management experience for group placement.

Throughout the six-month program, participants will engage in nine virtual sessions designed to increase their skills and ability to inspire confidence, influence others, and increase career mobility.

In addition to the virtual learning sessions, participants will have eight peer-to-peer coaching pods designed to go deeper into the learning topics and build new peer connections and support.
