   Amy Nikaido is an Associate Technical Project Manager on the Technical Delivery team at Spectrum. She started as a Project Manager Intern on the same team in May 2024. As an intern, she built and managed SharePoint sites, utilized Power Automate to improve process flows, and kickstarted my professional network. After her internship, she worked part time while she finished her degree at the University of Arizona until she started full time in February 2025! In her full-time role, she manages vendors to ensure they deliver what Spectrum needs and keeps delivery schedules up to date.

Rachel Tat is an Associate Business Analyst on the Mobile Product Team at Charter Communications with a B.S. in Business Engineering and Management Science from the Colorado School of Mines. She specializes in business analytics, technology management, and data analysis to drive operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.

Originally from the Hudson Valley in New York, John Eifler joined the U.S. Army and served two combat tours in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom before continuing his education at Louisiana State University. After graduating with a BS in Business Administration he earned his MBA from Louisiana State University Shreveport.

From retail to military to education, John has worked in varied industries and roles, which has afforded him rare perspective and versatility. After a successful internship with Spectrum Business in the summer of 2021 he was hired full time as a project manager.

A lifetime learner, John continues his education through post graduate courses and is currently learning Python to aid his understanding of AI and machine learning.

John and his wife Mary live in Littleton, Colorado and they enjoy exploring the unparalleled natural beauty of the United States by traveling and visiting our national parks and forests.

Spencer is a Technical Project Manager in the Tech Delivery organization. Spencer attended Colorado State University acquiring a Business Organization and Innovation Management bachelor’s degree. During his time at Colorado State, he also graduated with a certificate in Leadership in Organizations and Business to Business Sales.  Spencer Joined Charter as an Intern in May 2022 and became full time in June 2023. Outside of work Spencer loves to play Hockey and travel the world.
