The registration numbers will determine our cohort size which can in some instances require a 2:1 mentor:mentee ratio, are you able to accommodate 1-2 mentees if assigned, meeting individually, or in groups as needed?*

If selected, are you committed to be an active mentor in this program by meeting with mentees a minimum of once a month and attending ALL MANDATORY ENRICHMENT SESSIONS (3/27, 6/26, 9/25, 11/20). We are excited to reintroduce hybrid options with in-person opportunities for the kick off and capstone celebrations at minimum. Each session will be a maximum of 2 hours.*
