About the Speakers: 

After almost ten years in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles, Charlene Emory has been in Denver and at Charter for almost four years. She started as a Project Manager on the Video Product team and is now a Senior Design Producer within the Digital Platforms Agency. Charlene sits on many non-profit boards including the WICT Rocky Mountain Chapter where she is the General Programming Chair. Her main goal is to bring people together to network, help build skills, and grow in their professional and personal lives.

 

Barbara Nelms has been in the Telecommunications Industry since 2011 and comes to us from Bright House Networks. She was the lead BSS/OSS Project Manager for the launch of Spectrum Mobile. In her current role as a Sr. Program Manager, she oversees the product development and deployment alignment for Spectrum Mobile. Barbara was named WICT Rocky Mountain Chapter President for the 2021-2022 term, and she has also held the office of Vice President, Board Operations Director, and Director of Marketing & Communications both here in Colorado and in Florida. She is a passionate advocate for developing women and men leaders in our industry.

 

Camilla Formica began her career in the cable and telecommunications industry over 30 years ago as an account representative with Metromedia Communications in Southern California.  Since then, she has served in other organizations such as ICG, AT&T and XO Communications.  Through her extensive career, she has refined her expertise as an influential, purposeful, and goal-oriented leader, which serve her well both as a female executive and in her current role as Industry Advisor, and 2021-2022 Vice President for WICT Rocky Mountain.
