She is currently working as the Chief Strategy and Development Officer at SThree PLC. Holden is responsible for the development of the overall Group Strategy including Corporate Development, Group Marketing and execution of SThree’s investment portfolio of strategic initiatives.

Holden has enjoyed a fast-track career in Sales & Marketing, Product, Strategy and General Management and has delivered breakthrough results at organizations such as Financial Times, RELX PLC and Pearson PLC where she led significant sales, product marketing and technology change programs resulting in customer retention and profitable sales growth.

Kristina Gustafson, MBA, PMP – Director of Business Operations, Systems & Tools for the Spectrum Enterprise

Kristina Gustafson is a Director of Business Operations, Systems & Tools for the Spectrum Enterprise segment of Charter Communications, a Fortune 500 company. As the Director of business operations for Spectrum Enterprise, Kristina is responsible for ensuring a gold-star service and delivery experience for America’s largest businesses. Kristina leads a large team of highly-skilled resources focused on user experience enhancements and production support for business critical applications.

From 2018 – 2020 (present) Kristina serves on the Women and Cable Telecommunications (WICT) board of directors as the Director of Programming for the Midwest chapter. Additionally since 2019 Kristina serves as the co-lead in event planning for the Spectrum Enterprise Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLDI).

 

Mona Soni – Engineering VP at Dow Jones

Mona is an ambitious, results oriented and respected technology leader with experience in building large, efficient and cohesive teams with a knack to constantly envision ways to improve and upgrade. She heads the platform teams and leads multiple engineering teams at Dow Jones with focus in both consumer and professional businesses. Before Dow Jones she worked at various startups building game changing software. She is an active leader in tech community and shares her experiences as speaker at conferences and through her blog. She is the founder of DJ women in tech community championing diversity for all technology.
