She drives strategy for the Headend\, SIT & CI teams while lending support to our Region and Division Construction\, Technical Operations\, Network Maintenance\, and Finance groups. Additionally\, Sally leads the daily operations of the West Division’s 435 headend facilities and develops long-term plans in support of unrivaled customer experiences. \nSally has been with Comcast since 2007\, holding various leadership positions across Network Evolution Strategy\, Data Sciences and Engineering\, Product Management\, Integration Management\, Project and Portfolio Management\, Strategic Business Planning and Analytics\, and more.\nPrior to Comcast\, Sally worked at Sprint Nextel and held roles in Program Management\, Operations Strategy and Planning\, Product Management\, Backend Systems Management and Operational Deployments. \nWith her extensive experience and diverse background\, Sally has a proven track record of successfully executing business needs\, as well as building and developing successful organizations. \nSally is a Colorado native who enjoys spending time with family and friends\, and taking advantage of all that Colorado has to offer including hiking\, rafting\, horseback riding and paddle boarding. \n  \n\n  \n \nSteve Hansen \nSr. Director of Business Development\, Mountain West Region\, Comcast \nSteve Hansen has held various sales leadership roles at Comcast over the past 21 years. Currently\, Steve serves as the Sr. Director of Business Development for the Mountain West Region. In this role\, he’s responsible for the region’s expansion strategy\, right-of-entry agreements for residential and commercial properties\, and coordination between local construction teams and developers. \nPreviously\, Steve served as the Sr. Director of Sales Operations\, where he oversaw the Channel Support and Sales Compensation teams in the West Division. As a result of his leadership\, his teams achieved new levels of internal customer satisfaction. Steve began his career with Comcast in the Mile High Region as a frontline Indirect Account Executive\, selling services through Big Box retailers. One of his greatest accomplishments at Comcast was transitioning the direct sales teams to a virtual environment for eight months during COVID-19 and then back to the field when it was safe. \nSteve earned his Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Economics from the University of Colorado\, and holds leadership certificates from Denver University and Harvard Business School. A Colorado native\, he enjoys spending time in the mountains and watching his kids’ soccer games. \n\n  \n \nJeff Mlcoch\nArea Vice President\, Colorado Field Operations\, Comcast \nAs the Area Vice President for Colorado Field Operations\, Jeff leads 500 men and women in Tech Ops and Network Maintenance. His teams are responsible for Comcast’s fiber and cable network\, along with the installation and repair work that occurs inside the customer’s home or business. Jeff is a leader who puts people first. He is deeply committed to coaching and developing anyone who is interested in professional development. \nA 26-year veteran of Comcast\, Jeff began his career at TCI Cable\, selling high-speed internet out of the Denver call center. Throughout his career\, his responsibilities progressed and included numerous organizations: Customer Care\, Tech Ops\, Network Maintenance\, HQ Network Operations\, and the XOC. Jeff leverages his broad experience every day\, using it to innovate and make decisions that are in the best interest of the customer and company. \nJeff earned a BS in Business Administration from Metro State University in Denver. \nPrior to Comcast\, Jeff enlisted in the U.S. Navy and served five years as a Damage Controlman aboard the guided missile cruiser USS Vincennes. Based in both San Diego and Japan\, he completed several deployments and traveled to countries throughout South America\, Latin America\, and Southeast Asia. \nOutside of work\, Jeff has lived in Colorado for most of his life. He and his wife\, Angel\, have been married for 26 years and met in the 7th grade. Jeff and Angel have two girls\, Jordan (28) and Katie (23)\, who both live in Northern Virginia. His family has always prioritized traveling together. \n\n  \n \nHelen Chan \nDirector\, Strategies & Business Operations\, Comcast \nHelen is currently a leader in Strategic Initiatives and Portfolio Management within the Technology and Product Organization at Comcast. With over 13 years of experience at Comcast\, she has held a variety of roles\, including in Market Development\, Business Assurance\, and in more recent years\, in Project and Program Management. Her current area of focus is on Optical Technology Innovation Solutions\, managing strategic programs that drives growth and propels network evolution.
