About our keynote speaker:

Adaptive Spirit members may recognize Ralph Green who is an an 11-year member of the U.S. Paralympic Ski Team. A high school quarterback and multi-sport athlete, Green was gunned down at age 16 while he and a friend were walking along a street in Brooklyn. Green is the first African-American man to make the U.S. Paralympics Alpine Skiing National Team. He represented Team USA at both the Torino 2006 and Vancouver 2010 Paralympic Winter Games. While active as a ski racer, he partnered with Cox, Coca Cola, United Airlines, The Home Depot and Rocket Fuel as a sponsored athlete and brand ambassador. Ralph is also a motivational speaker with a strong emphasis on youth violence. He has an M.B.A. with a marketing concentration from Keller Graduate School of Management and currently work for PepsiCo.
